Temporary service disconnection involves concessionaire’s request to remove the installed water service through pull-out of water meter provided the consumer pays all the outstanding water bills
WHO CAN AVAIL OF THE SERVICE
All CWD concessionaires who wish to temporarily disconnect their water service installed through pull-out water meter due to a) unoccupied premises for apartments and b) for any valid reason that service needs to be disconnected.
SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE:
Monday- Friday
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. NO NOON BREAK

Request for disconnection of service line.
Full payment of outstanding water bills and materials under Promissory Note if any
